Asymmetrical models: +50-100% complexity fee.

Please note that PSD layer cut significantly affects the final quality. If they don't meet my rigging standards, additional processing fees will apply for the necessary adjustments.

I may use your model as an example and post it on social media, we can set a privacy period if needed. NDA/full privacy +50% fee.

The payment is made by paypal and the currency is USD.

PayPal processing fees will be shared equally between both parties.

Commissions will begin with a 50% upfront payment. Final files will be delivered only after full payment is made.

If a situation arises that is unpleasant for both parties, the commission will be suspended. In this case the amount of the refund depends on the progress.

Refunds will not be accepted if the model has been completed.

In the case that I do not complete the commission before the delivery date due to my own reasons, 10~30% of the commission fee will be refunded as compensation.

There are four feedback stages during the model rigging process: 1) Facial expressions, 2) Head angles, 3) Body angles, 4) Finalization.

Clients may submit one round of revisions per stage (which can include multiple adjustments). Please provide all your revision requests together and ensure the instructions are clear and precise.

If the client keeps asking for changes or provides feedback too slowly (more than 2 days), which delays my work and makes it impossible to deliver the model on time, the client can't blame me for the delay or ask for a refund.

Generally deliverables consist of: Full VTube Studio model config (include parameters & hotkeys set up). If the model contains Vbridger/Vitamins parameters, I will send my config file for that.

The editable .cmo3 file is not available. In some particular cases you can pay an extra fee for it.
